Ever since visiting Cornstalk Farm in East Boston I find myself bringing it up in conversation. I think it's because it was such a fascinating space to visit and the product that they grow is so beautiful and healthy (of course). In short, Connie and Shawn grow a variety of greens in specialized, adapted-for-growing large tractor trailers in a parking lot in East Boston. They sell their goods to restaurants in Boston and also at the Boston Public Market.
